$3.99 a pint • This unfiltered wheat beer is Squatters Craft Beers' show of solidarity as it features cardamom, sweet orange peel and torrified ("popped") wheat — ingredients indigenous to some of the countries singled out in President Donald Trump's now-blocked travel ban. All proceeds from beer sales will benefit the Utah Chapter of the International Rescue Committee. Rich Vosepka, a server at Wasatch Brew Pub in Sugar House, hatched the idea for the benefit beer, saying it focuses "on the two things that we do best — brewing beer and creating an environment where all feel welcome and safe." The beer name comes from the famous sonnet mounted on the Statue of Liberty. Tempest-Tost is available on draft at all Squatters and Wasatch brew pubs, as well as the West Side Tavern. —Kathy Stephenson
