Meet Hogle Zoo's new male sea lion, Diego, a 667-pounder with more than 50 learned "behaviors," including a front flipper stand, a smile and boogie moves.

The 12-year-old arrived in Salt Lake City last month from Indianapolis Zoo and has been getting acquainted with his keepers, his pool and fellow pinnipeds (Maverick, the other sea lion, and the three harbor seals).

"We could not be more pleased with Diego's calm, agreeable disposition, or how well he's adjusted to his new home," Hogle's Rocky Shores keeper, Michelle Hanenburg, said in a statement. "Maverick has shown great interest in Diego and they're working on their relationship."
