If you're not already incredibly sick of fake "reality" shows, "So Cosmo" (9 p.m., E!) ought to cure you of watching this kind of junk.

This alleged workplace docu-series is really just a marketing device for Cosmopolitan magazine. It introduces us to a bunch of self-involved, spoiled, awful people that you might laught at, but it's unlikely you'll laugh with.

It's horrific.

Also tonight, it's the premiere "Legion" (11 p.m., FX), which is sort-of based on a character from Marvel Comics. It's about a man who has always been thought to be mentally ill — but it wasn't schizophrenia, it was the onset of his powers.
