A 19-year-old woman was critically injured in a Weber County crash Monday morning.

At about 7:30 a.m., the woman was driving east on 12th Street, near 4300 West, in a sedan when her car drifted to the right shoulder of the road, according to a news release from the Weber County Sheriff's Office. She overcorrected and her car spun into a truck heading west.

The woman was taken to the hospital in critical condition, the release said, while the truck's 31-year-old driver suffered minor injuries and was treated at the scene.

The crash is under investigation, police said, but the sheriff's office warned drivers to be attentive "at all times while driving."
