The British band Bastille is touring North America next spring, including a stop in Utah.

The Brit-pop band will bring its Wild, Wild World Tour to the UCCU Center, on the campus of Utah Valley University in Orem, on Thursday, April 13.

Started in 2010 as a solo project by singer/frontman Dan Smith, Bastille went international with the 2013 release of its debut album "Bad Blood." The album's chart-topping single "Pompeii" won a Teen Choice Award in 2014, and the band received a Grammy nomination for Best New Artist in 2015. (They lost to Sam Smith.)

The 2017 arena tour will be in support of the band's second album, "Wild World."

Tickets for Bastille's UCCU Center show, priced from $35 to $42.50, go on sale Friday, 10 a.m., at Smith's Tix. Pre-sale tickets go on sale Tuesday for Citi card members.
