Snack maker Mondelez International Inc. said it had ended its bid to acquire Hershey.

• Apple Inc., down 82 cents to $106

The European Union ruled that Apple will have to pay $14.5 billion in back taxes to Ireland.

• Abercrombie & Fitch Co., down $4.66 to $18.29

The clothing maker reported a wider loss than analysts were expecting as both U.S. and international sales fell.

• G-III Apparel Group Ltd., down $8.63 to $33.14

The outerwear and sportswear company reported much lower sales than investors were expecting and cut its full-year earnings estimate.

• Christopher & Banks Corp., down 44 cents to $1.62

The retailer of women's clothing and accessories reported a wider loss than in the same period a year ago.

• Potash Corp., up $1.74 to $17.79

Bloomberg News reported that the Canadian fertilizer maker is in talks to combine with Agrium Inc.

• ScanSource Inc., down $7.22 to $35.49

The technology company reported earnings and revenue that fell short of what analysts were looking for.
