Happy Thursday. The Secret Service gives a code name to every one of its top protectees like President Barack Obama (Renagade) and first lady Michelle Obama (Renaissance) and we now know the secret names for Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump and his running mate, Mike Pence. Businessman Trump is referred to as "mogul," while Pence, the Indiana governor, is "Hoosier."
