Is Russia trying to meddle in U.S. politics with DNC hack? DNC chair resigns after email leak. Democratic convention begins.

Happy Monday. And happy Pioneer Day. For those who aren't off celebrating, here's your morning run down: Is Russia trying to impact the race between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump? Russia's hacking of the Democratic National Committee, and the subsequent leak of DNC emails meant to embarrass the party, has some concerned that Russia is attempting to meddle in U.S. politics. They join several other </span><span class="s1">state delegations in the seats given the Wells Fargo Center is </span><span class="s1">slightly smaller than The Q in Cleveland and there are a lot more delegates in the Democratic process.</span></p>
