The LDS Church is asking for the public's help in locating a missionary serving in the Utah Ogden Mission, who was last seen Monday.

Heeji Nada Kang, 20, was last seen Monday evening when she left on foot from her apartment in Ogden, said Eric Hawkins, spokesman for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

No foul play is suspected, but Kang was emotionally distressed when she was last seen, Hawkins said in a news release.

Ogden Police were notified Monday evening.

Anyone with knowledge of Kang's whereabouts should contact Detective Lewis, with the Ogden Police Department, at 801-629-8438 or at Ogden Police Department Dispatch 801-395-8221.
