Officials at Murray High School say they've found no evidence of explosives after evacuating over a bomb threat possibly related to a wave of similar threats around the country

Murray School District spokeswoman D. Wright said Murray High School students were sent home and police were called in after the school received what sounded like an automated or recorded phone call. Wright says when a school official asked a question, the recording repeated and then the call hung up.

Nothing was found after police conducted a three-hour search using bomb-sniffing dogs. The school reopened for evening activities.

The Utah threat came as schools from New England to Wisconsin, California and the United Kingdom reported similar threats. An elementary Colorado was evacuated after getting an automated phone message.
