Cool, wet weather will continue Sunday through the Wasatch Front.

Utahns can expect scattered rain showers in the morning and isolated thunderstorms in the afternoon, with a 50 percent chance of precipitation.

Temperatures in the Salt Lake City area will top off in the low 60s Sunday and about 70 Monday. St. George residents will experience highs in the upper 70s Sunday and about 80 Monday.

The low-pressure system will remain over the western states through much of the week. Clouds will continue on Monday, though the chance of rain will decrease as the week continues with Tuesday only showing a slight chance of showers.
