A woman was found unconscious Friday at Sundance Mountain Resort and later died.

The woman, 55-year-old Lisa Lambe from Hilton Head, S.C., was visiting Sundance with her husband. The couple had been on separate lines riding the zip line, said Utah County Sgt. Spencer Cannon. He said the husband made it to the end, but she didn't.

She was found suspended in a harness and was brought to the ground for treatment.

When authorities arrived, Cannon said Lambe was in the area near the zip line, unconscious and not breathing.

Paramedics performed CPR, and she was transported by ambulance to Utah Valley Regional Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead.

She had sustained internal injuries while riding the zip line, a news release from the Utah County Sheriff's Office said Saturday, which led to her death.

Investigators were still trying to determine exactly how Lambe had been injured Saturday night.
