The online travel company reported a bigger adjusted profit and greater sales than expected

• Monster Beverage Corp., up $16.38 to $144.22

The energy drink company's results surpassed analyst estimates. It also said it will buy back $2 billion of its own stock.

• TiVo Inc., up 56 cents to $9.98

The digital video recording company agreed to be bought by digital TV listing company Rovi for about $1.1 billion.

• Groupon Inc., down 81 cents to $3.62

The daily deals site's first-quarter results met expectations, but investors remained concerned about the health of its business.

The biotech drugmaker's results were hurt by big discounts and rebates on its costly hepatitis C medicines.
