Brigham Young University President Kevin Worthen said in a new video that the school's conduct code prohibiting premarital sex and other behaviors may prevent student victims from reporting sexual assaults to the school. But he also said the Honor Code helps keep students safe.

The university says it is reviewing how it handles reports of sexual assault after several students said their cases ended up in the Honor Code office, which enforces a mandatory student contract with curfews and a dress code, as well as bans on drugs and alcohol.
