• Darden Restaurants Inc., up $2.35 to $66.93

The parent company of the Olive Garden forecast strong quarterly sales and profits.

• General Mills Inc., up 49 cents to $60.44

The cereal maker said it expects to reach $1 billion in sales of natural and organic foods by 2019.

• Yelp Inc., down 63 cents to $20.47

UBS downgraded its rating on the restaurant review website's stock to "Sell" because of challenges including higher competition.

Nasdaq

• Air Transport Services Group Inc., up $1.96 to $13.73

The air cargo company reported strong fourth-quarter results and said it will operate an air transport network for Amazon.

• Blue Buffalo Pet Products Inc., up $4.19 to $22.75

The pet food maker's profit and sales surpassed Wall Street estimates.

• Crown Media Holdings Inc., up 17 cents to $5.10

Hallmark, which owns almost all of Crown Media's stock, told the board it wants to buy the rest, taking the company private.

• Amarin Corp., up 7 cents to $1.62

The company reached a settlement with the FDA that will let Amarin promote off-label use of its fish oil drug Vascepa.

• Amedisys Inc., up $5.47 to $42.72

The home health care and hospice company's profit and revenue were better than expected.
