A small earthquake shook Washington County on Saturday afternoon.

Shortly after 4 p.m., the University of Utah Seismograph Stations recorded a 3.1-magnitude quake about 11 miles southwest of Enterprise, near the Nevada border.

As of about 5 p.m., Washington County dispatchers did not receive any reports of damage or injuries as a result of the quake.

The last earthquake to rattle Utah was a 4.1-magnitude quake on July 4, which occurred a little less than 2 miles northwest of Panguitch, according to the UUSS.
