A Utah man was arrested earlier this month after police say he got stole a boarding pass, got past TSA agents and boarded a plane at Salt Lake City International Airport.

The 61-year-old man is accused of picking up a woman's boarding pass from the Southwest Airlines kiosk on Nov. 6, according to a probable cause statement filed with the Salt Lake County jail.

The suspect made it through all of the security checkpoints and was on the plane until it was discovered that he had boarded with someone else's ticket, according to the statement. When he was arrested by airport police, they allegedly found two bags of marijuana in his pockets.

He was booked into the Salt Lake County Jail on suspicion of fraudulent handling of recordable writings and possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia. No charges had been filed against him in state or federal court as of Thursday.

The man's criminal history includes convictions of disorderly conduct and possession of drugs. His most recent conviction was in 2012, when he pleaded no contest to a charge of lewdness involving a child. In that case, he was accused of exposing his genitals near a playground.
