The Utes are now a top-three team in the nation, ranked at No. 3 in the AP Top 25 after a victory over Arizona State on Saturday night.

Moving up from No. 4, Utah trails only Ohio State and Baylor for the top spot. TCU and LSU round out the top five.

Despite a 6-0 record, the Utes remained at No. 7 in the latest Amway coaches poll for the third straight week.

The top six of the coaches poll remained the same: Ohio State, Baylor, TCU, Michigan State, LSU and Clemson.

Stanford and Cal are the only other Pac-12 teams ranked in both polls, with the Cardinal jumping five spots on both lists to No. 10 in the AP poll and No. 11 in the coaches poll after a drubbing of UCLA. The Golden Bears rose four spots to No. 19 in the coaches poll and three spots in the AP poll to No. 20.

Utah State was not ranked in either poll despite a convincing 52-26 win over Boise State on Friday night. The Aggies received seven votes in the AP poll.
