$14.50 • At Laid Back Poke Shack in Holladay, diners can enjoy a Hawaiian specialty — poke — in nearly a dozen flavors. Mix and match three of your favorites in the regular poke bowl. Try traditional poke favorites like shoyu salmon with big, bright chunks of fresh salmon marinated in soy sauce and sesame seeds paired with meaty limu ahi with crunchy seaweed studded with chile paste and raw onions. Finish your bowl with a serving of the shack's seaweed salad — fresher and more flavorful than that served at most Salt Lake sushi restaurants.
