A man died after his all-terrain vehicle (ATV) crashed Friday night in the Co-Op Creek area of Wasatch County.

The Wasatch County Sheriff's Office identified the man as Tommy James Necaise, 35, of Riverton.

About 9:50 p.m. Friday, dispatchers received multiple 911 calls with "vague and conflicting information" about a possible ATV incident, according to a sheriff's office news release.

Searchers, medical personnel and law enforcement all responded, and on their way, found other people involved in the incident.

Once they found the remote crash site, they confirmed that Necaise had died.

"We extend sincere condolences to the family and loved ones of Mr. Necaise," the sheriff's office said in a statement.
