A D.C.-based watchdog group alleges that Rep. Ken Ivory, R-West Jordan, is scamming local governments of taxpayer dollars to benefit the American Lands Council, the nonprofit he runs. The Campaign for Accountability is asking attorneys general in three states - including Utah - to investigate their fraud claims.

On Tuesday at 12:15 p.m., Ivory and Tribune environment reporter Brian Maffly join Jennifer Napier-Pearce to discuss the ethics questions and the ongoing legal battle for control of public lands.
