Directions • Walk behind the park visitors center toward Sulphur Creek.

A walk up Sulphur Creek is a chance to cool off and see a small waterfall that not many people know of. Check the weather to ensure there's no chance of flash floods. If it's safe, walk behind the visitor center to find the creek and then start walking upstream. The trail — if you want to call it that — follows and crisscrosses the creek. Be ready to get your feet and legs wet. Walking sticks will help you find good footing in the water. The trail snakes south and west. You'll be treated to some of the park's geology and plant life. At 1.05 miles, you will find about a 5 foot tall waterfall. Some nearby trees will let you view the water from the shade. DestinationWaterfall
