Like Clinton, Utah's Chaffetz uses a personal email for his job. Speaker Hughes reverses, will allow Healthy Utah to be heard. Compromise bill would hike gas tax by 5 cents, index to inflation.

Happy Wednesday. Rep. Jason Chaffetz, chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, says his panel will investigate Hillary Clinton's use of a personal email address to conduct business as secretary of state but — wait for it — Chaffetz, too, apparently uses his personal email to conduct business. The Utah Republican's business cards lists his gmail address, not his House-issued one. Chaffetz says those cards weren't paid for by taxpayer funds and he uses a government email, too.
