• The Jordan World Circus brings its show to UCCU Center, 800 W. University Parkway, Orem. Show starts at 7 (and repeats Wednesday at 4 and 7:30 p.m.). Tickets are $18 for adults, $16 for seniors, and $14 for children 2 to 12; at Smith's Tix.

• Comedian Tig Notaro performs at The Urban Lounge, 241 S. 500 East, Salt Lake City. The show starts at 8, and is sold out.

• "Livetronica" act Particle performs at The State Room, 638 S. State St., Salt Lake City. Show starts at 8 p.m. Tickets are $15, at the venue's website.
