The "guest chef" series at Solitude Mountain Resort is now under way. Every Thursday, a different Salt Lake City chef travels up Big Cottonwood Canyon and creates a five-course meal at St. Bernard's restaurant, inside The Inn at Solitude. Cost is $65 per person. Wine pairings additional. On Feb. 18, Chris Durfee and Justin Shifflett, from Metropolitan, will serve New American fare. On Feb. 25, Scott DeSeelhorst, former chef of the Yurt / Roundhouse and owner of Snake River winery, will serve Southwest fusion. And on March 4, Lugano chef-owner Greg Neville creates a seasonal Italian dinner. For reservations, call 801-517-7717.
