Hidden beneath the old Utah Coal and Lumber Building, which is now The Sky Lodge, lies Le Bar Bohème, part of Easy Street Brasserie. Warm up beside the fireplace, select a libation from the wine cave or sit at the zinc bar and watch the latest sports scores. There's live music most evenings.

The menu has items typically found in a French brasserie. Tuck into a bowl of bourbon onion soup ($8), sautéed mussels ($15, $25) or a Reuben sandwich ($12) with frites. Don't forget to ask for fry sauce -- they call it "Utah aioli" here.
