Tucked down on the lower level of The Cliff Lodge at Snowbird, the Mexican cantina lacks the fanciness of many other resort restaurants, but offers loads of hearty apres-ski fare at moderate prices, in a nicer setting than your standard lodge cafeteria. The Chicken Venganza -- fajitas, basically -- came with a well-deserved recommendation, and the menu also boasts massive burritos and frequent specials, along with a full bar.
