This ingenious -- and popular -- sandwich from Red Rock Brewing Co. combines sourdough bread, strips of medium-rare New York steak, tendrils of caramelized onions and gooey melted Gruyère and mozzarella cheeses. Au jus for dipping and steak fries come alongside. The price is a bit steep but it's well worth it.
