The dining options have expanded at both the University of Utah and Brigham Young University campuses. At the U., students, faculty and staff are getting a taste of Italy with the recent opening of Tony Caputo's Happy Hour Cafe in the new Carolyn Tanner Irish Humanities Building. Italian sandwiches, salads and pastas are served weekdays from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Hungry diners at BYU's Marriott School of Management now can eat to the Blue Line Deli and Market. The cafeteria-style eatery, named after the subway line through New York City's financial district, is part of the new addition to the Tanner Building. It offers a rotating menu of sandwiches, soups and hot entrees.
Visit Acme Burger Co. on Monday nights between 6 and 10 p.m. for NFL football on the big screen and the restaurant's new "Mini Madness" menu. The special includes ³packs² and ³cases² of mini burgers made with bison, lamb and beef, as well as shoestring fries and Utah draft beers. A 6-pack costs $12.50, a 12-pack is $25 and a case is $50.
