Utah State Park officials will celebrate National Trails Day June 7 with a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Lakeview Trail at Rockport State Park near Peoa.
The ceremony will take place at 10 a.m. at the Lakeview Trailhead, two miles from the park entrance, followed by a walk or bike ride on the new trail. The walk is an easy two miles, the bike ride four miles.
Participants need their own bikes and helmets. Call 435-336-2241 for more information.
