Mountain Lions Among Us
Wasatch Journal magazine is holding a panel discussion/public forum tonight at 7 called Mountain Lions Among Us. Attendance is free. The program is at the Malouf Hall auditorium on the Westminster College campus, 1840 S. 1300 East, Salt Lake City. Events include a slide show by Stephen Trimble and a forum with various mountain lion experts from Utah.
Jordan River Paddle
The Utah Rivers Council and REI are hosting a Jordan River Paddle trip Wednesday at 6 p.m. The family-friendly trip includes canoe and kayak options with boats, paddles and life jackets provided. Space is limited and a $20 donation is required. Call 801-486-4776 to save a spot.
