Western Rivers Flyfisher in Salt Lake City is holding a free Learn to Fly Fish Day on May 17 at the shop, 1071 E. 900 South. A morning clinic will be from 9 a.m. to noon and an afternoon clinic from 2 to 5 p.m. The clinics will cover an introduction to the sport, equipment, basic fly-fishing knots, basics of flies and fly-casting.
