TRASH TRACKER: Participants in the Trash Tracker program at Lake Powell have been hauling garbage from Glen Canyon National Recreation Area since 1990. They hauled out more than 55,940 pounds of trash in 2007. The National Park Service and Aramark Lake Powell Resorts provide a houseboat and volunteers hit the lake for five- or seven-day trips April through November.
