Grade: B

It's difficult to go to Burger King in the morning and not order the Croissan'wich, the Cadillac of fast-food breakfast sandwiches. But new offerings include the Cheesy Bacon BK Wrapper ($1.39; 390 calories with 24 fat grams) and Ham Omelet Sandwich ($1; 290 calories, 12 fat grams). The Wrapper is essentially a breakfast burrito with an egg omelet, cheese, bacon, hash browns and "smoky cheese sauce." The sandwich is a bun, ham, cheese, egg omelet and honey butter sauce. Both are tasty and unusually saucy for breakfast items.
