Christian musicians will rock out Sunday at the Gallivan Center in downtown Salt Lake City.
This is the third year in a row that Standing Together, a Utah network of 100 evangelical churches, is sponsoring a music festival, this year titled "Worship '07," but it is the first year downtown.
"We know Salt Lake isn't busy on a Sunday afternoon," said the Rev. Gregory Johnson, president of Standing Together. "But we want to be more visible and open."
The concert will include performances from four church groups: Valley Assembly of God of West Valley City, Living Waters Christian Fellowship of Salt Lake City, The Adventure of Draper, and Calvary Mountain View of American Fork.
The free event at 239 S. Main St. runs from 5 to 8 p.m. More information is available at www.standingtogether.org.
