Tonight it's Round 3 of Hillary Clinton vs. Donald Trump in the final presidential debate (7 p.m., Channels 2, 4, 5, 7, 11, 13, CNN, CNBC, C-SPAN, FNC, MSNBC).

Once again, this means that a lot of shows will be pre-empted. And several will be delayed.
