The mystery of the Silver Bells Killer deepens in Episode 2 of "American Gothic" (9 p.m., CBS/Ch. 2).

The family patriarch is dead — his death hastened by the family matriarch. (We saw that in Episode 1.) But was he the SBK?

There's a new suspect tonight … and we're going to get a lot of that over the next few weeks.
