I'm not claiming that I knew Hodor was going to die in last week's episode of "Game of Thrones" (Sunday, 10 p.m., HBO). And I'm not pretending that I wasn't surprised when it happened.

But I can't say I was altogether shocked, because I liked Hodor. And, with great frequency, characters who I like on "Game of Thrones" meet untimely ends.

According to HBO, in this week's episode an old foe comes back into the picture; Gilly meets Sam's family; Arya faces a difficult choice; and Jaime faces off against the High Sparrow.

I'm only speculating here, but I think Jaime and Cersei have more going on than they've revealed.
