Will your favorite show be back next season? Or is it headed for the TV trash heap?

It's certainly a bit early to say (in many cases), but here's a snapshot of where we stand right now:

ABC is the only network to officially cancel a show as of this writing — it axed the extraordinarily low-rated "Wicked City" after just three episodes.

And the made-in-Utah "Blood & Oil" is also dead — its episode order was cut from 13 to 10; it ends its run on Dec. 13.

ABC has not officially picked up anything for next season, but expect to see "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D," "Black-ish," "Dr. Ken," "Fresh Off the Boat," The Goldbergs," "Grey's Anatomy," "How to Get Away with Murder," "The Middle," "Once Upon a Time," "Quantico" and "Scandal" return.

Still up in the air are "Last Man Standing" and "The Muppets," and it's looking grim for "Castle" and "Nashville."

CBS has officially renewed only "The Big Bang Theory," but "Criminal Minds," "Limitless," "Mom," "NCIS," "NCIS: New Orleans," "Scorpion," "Supergirl" and "2 Broke Girls" should be back. "Blue Bloods," "The Good Wife," "Life In Pieces" and "Madam Secretary" will probably return.

"Elementary" and "NCIS: Los Angeles" are iffy; "Code Black," "CSI: Cyber" and "Hawaii Five-O" are in deep trouble.

FOX has renewed "Bob's Burgers" and "The Simpsons"; "Brooklyn Nine-Nine," "Empire," "Family Guy," "Gotham" and "Rosewood" look like sure bets to return.

"Bones," "Grinder," "Grandfathered," "Last Man on Earth" and "Scream Queens" are iffy.

"Sleepy Hollow" is probably dead; "Minority Report" is definitely dead — its final episode is schedule to air Nov. 30.

NBC aired the last episode of "The Player" last week; "Truth Be Told" will disappear soon.

"Blindspot," "Chicago PD" and "Chicago Fire" have been renewed; it's looking good for "The Blacklist," "Grimm" and "Law & Order: SVU."

Still up in the air are "Heroes Reborn" (but don't bet on its return) and "Undateable." And it's too early to say on "Chicago Med."

Looking at the numbers, you'd think that "The Mysteries of Laura" would not be back for Season 3. But then it was pretty shocking when it returned for Season 2.

THE CW hasn't renewed anything, but most of the slate should be back — including "Arrow," "The Flash," "iZombie," "The Originals, "Supernatural" and "The Vampire Diaries."

"Jane the Virgin" is on the fence, leaning toward renewal; "Reign" is on the fence, leaning toward cancellation.

The ratings for "Crazy Ex-Girlfriend" are awful (unfortunately), and even The CW doesn't have unlimited patience. It's looking very bad.

Which makes me very sad. Sigh.
