Tonight's TV schedule includes a basketball game of local interest and a couple of premieres — a good zombie show and a bad lesbian sitcom.

The NCAA men's basketball tournament gets under way with a pair of games. First up is Hampton vs. Manhattan (4:30 p.m., TruTV), followed by the local game — the BYU Cougars take on the Mississippi Rebels (7 p.m., TruTV); the winner advances as a No. 11 seed to face sixth-seeded Xavier on Thursday.

If you're not into basketball, "iZombie" (8 p.m., CW/Ch. 30) is a romising new series about a young zombie who works at the morgue and helps solve murders — after she eats the brains of the victims.

And then there's "One Big Happy" (8:30 p.m., NBC/Ch. 5), a truly awful new sitcom about a lesbian who's having a baby with her straight best friend — and his new wife.
