For those of you who subscribe to Netflix, Friday is a big day. Season 3 of "House of Cards" has been released.

The story picks up six months after the end of Season 2 — six months after Frank (Kevin Spacey) was sworn in as president of the United States.

Traveling to the other side of the Atlantic — and back in time — "Downton Abbey" (Sunday, 8 p.m., PBS/Ch. 7) wraps up Season 5.

And sliding over to Italy, it's the start of the six-part series "Finding Jesus: Faith, Fact Forgery" (Sunday, 7 and 10 p.m., CNN). First up is a look at the Shroud of Turin that contains nothing new — which doesn't seem exactly fitting on a channel that's supposed to deliver news.
