Alexandra Pelosi's "The Words That Built America" (8 p.m., HBO) is just people reading the Declaration of Independence, the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights. But the list of readers includes all living U.S. presidents and vice presidents, Supreme Court justices, senators, governors, congressmen, celebrities and middle-schoolers. It's amazing.
