Honey smoked chicken • $17

The smokemaster at Charleston Cafe in Draper deserves praise for the honey smoked chicken entrée found on the dinner menu. The dish comes with two legs and two thighs — enough for two meals — and sporting an impressive pink smoke ring and a tinge of sweetness on the skin. A generous serving of sautéed Brussels sprouts studded with smoked bacon and a honey glaze complete the meal.
