To say that "Better Call Saul" is the best prequel in TV history is faint praise — because there haven't been that many prequels. "Saul" had a lot to live up to as a prequel to "Breaking Bad," and it has exceeded expectations. We know where Jimmy/Saul (Bob Odenkirk) will end up, but the journey is enthralling. And Season 3 gets off to a strong start.
