School lunch hit a high note Friday as students at Wasatch Elementary School in Salt Lake City were treated to a special "etiquette" spaghetti lunch in their cafeteria-turned-ristorante and surprised with a pop-up opera of Italian arias sung by volunteer professional artists, Julie Barker, Kahli Dalbow, Tyler Oliphant and Anthony Buck.

The PTA-sponsored event, part of Wasatch's focus on fine arts, included a lesson on manners and free lunch for all 460-some students, compliments of local medical software company Sampleminded.
