SB Dance benefit highlights Salt Lake City's food and drink scene

Wine Theater Food, the wintertime sister of Eat Drink SLC, brings those elements together on Saturday in a benefit for SB Dance.

Vine Lore Wine and Spirits will curate the Wine part of the evening, plus craft cocktails made by local mixmasters including Organic Beehive Vodka with Takashi, Kid Curry Rum with Zest, Bozal Mezcal with Whiskey Street, and Kirk and Sweeney Dominican Rum with Copper Common.

For the Theater, there will be pop-up entertainment from local groups, including SB Dance, and music by DJ Tidy.

And the Food will include selections from Copper Kitchen, Frida Bistro, Pallet, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, The Dispensary, Trestle Tavern, Whiskey Street and Zest, plus a table from local food wholesaler Nicholas and Company.
