You don't have to have a Broadway ticket to enjoy the new George S. and Dolores Doré Eccles Theater. Plan a breakfast or lunch in the Encore Bistro, located in the Salt Lake City venue's street-level lobby. The casual menu includes soups, salads and sandwiches, including the grilled cheese with bacon, tomato and three types of cheese — boursin, fontina and muenster.
