$7 • A governmental snafu kept Springville's Strap Tank Brewing Co. from getting a state manufacturing license in time for opening day. When the folks at Proper Brewing heard of the dilemma, they invited Strap Tank's head brewer, Mike Dymowski, to their Salt Lake City facility to make a collaboration brew. The result is Properly Tanked, a refreshing pale ale that won't be around for long, especially after next week, when Strap Tank is expected to finally get its license and become the first modern-day brewery in Utah County.
