HBO is going out of it way to keep a lid on the Season 6 premiere of "Game of Thrones." No screeners went out, and the official description is concise: "Jon Snow is dead. Daenerys meets a strong man. Cersei sees her daughter again." Yes, Jon Snow is dead. We all saw that at the end of Season 5. But will he stay dead? Of course not.
