The two-part, four-hour TV movie "Madoff" is a bit of a slog. It's not easy to turn financial crimes into compelling TV. And this telefilm focuses on Bernard Madoff (Richard Dreyfuss), a horrible human being who stole $50 billion; whose victims included widows and charities; who ruined lives; and who never displays anything resembling remorse. Ugh.
